Hello, I'm Lake...

My goal is to support you on your journey toward growth and healing. Whether you’re navigating depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll explore your unique experiences and work toward building healthier behaviors, stronger connections, and a more fulfilling life.

As a Therapist...

I am an intern therapist currently earning my master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy at CU Denver. My approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 Gottman training as well as the EFT externship. I work from a systemic perspective, recognizing how our challenges are deeply connected to relationships and the broader social context.

As a Human...

Outside of therapy, I love reading, running, and traveling—embracing opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with the world around me. I’m a firm believer in the importance of self-care and balance, so when I’m not working with clients, you can often find me exploring new places, whether through running outdoors or discovering new books to dive into. My passion for understanding different perspectives and experiences deeply informs my approach to therapy, as I believe that personal growth is a lifelong journey. I also value connecting with others and creating meaningful relationships, both personally and professionally.
